Post-Quantum Security

Post-quantum migration isn't an algorithm swap. It's a dependency, architecture and lifecycle problem — and most organizations don't yet know where their own cryptography lives.

Discovery · CBOM · Crypto-Agility · PKI · HSM · KMS · PQC

The shape of the work is close to the same on every engagement: discover where cryptography actually lives, classify what it protects and what depends on it, prioritize by exposure, then architect and migrate the transition — with assurance built in at every stage, not bolted on at the end. The six disciplines below are how that shape gets executed.

01

PQC Readiness & Strategy

Before anything gets migrated, someone has to answer what's actually at risk and in what order. We assess quantum exposure against your specific systems and data lifetimes, then build a transition plan sequenced by what actually needs to move first.

02

Crypto Discovery & Inventory

Most organizations have never inventoried their own cryptography. We find it — in application code, infrastructure, firmware, third-party dependencies and devices — because a migration plan is only as good as the inventory underneath it.

03

CBOM & Crypto Visibility

Discovery produces raw findings. A cryptographic bill of materials turns that into something a program can actually run against — algorithms, key sizes, protocols and ownership mapped to systems, kept current as the environment changes.

04

Crypto-Agility

Algorithms will change again after this migration — they always do. We architect systems that can swap cryptographic primitives without a full redesign, so the next transition is a configuration change, not another multi-year program.

05

PKI / HSM / KMS Migration

Keys, certificates and trust services are where a lot of migration work actually lands. We plan and execute the transition of PKI, HSM and KMS infrastructure itself — the systems every other piece of cryptography depends on.

06

Hybrid & PQC Architectures

Most systems won't jump straight to post-quantum algorithms — they'll run hybrid schemes that pair classical and post-quantum primitives like ML-KEM and ML-DSA during the transition. We design and implement those hybrid architectures for interoperability with the systems they still have to talk to.

The migration is already scheduled. The only open question is whether your systems are ready before it arrives.
